I stumbled upon these guys completely by chance via my home owner's insurance, and they did such an amazing job I had to look them up to leave a review.I bought my house about 5 years ago, and my air conditioner has always struggled to keep up with the summer heat. I've had half a dozen people come and do "maintenance" on the unit, but it never really improved, so I just assumed it was an older system and it was normal that it would just run all day long to try and keep the house cool. Our furnace went out last night, so I called Rick's to come fix it. Thankfully they were able to send a technician, Eric out this afternoon. We are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Eric showed up wearing a mask and was very respectful to stay 6 week away from me. He fixed the problem in under an hour. Took the time to explain all the features of our new digital thermostat. Appreciate the great response time and excellent service!
