“I rarely write reviews but today I wanted to take a moment to thank Joel from Joel’s Roofing and Rain Gutter for an amazing experience. We have a PVC material on a flat roof that had developed pin holes, and the sub-roof had a large area of dry rot. I called him for a second opinion as the initial bid included ripping off the entire roof and replacing the PVC because it wasn’t a material that patches could be adhered to. Joel said he could cut out the bad section and adhere new material to the damaged area. His bid, provided within 24 hours, was 10% of the original quote. When he opened things up it the dry rot was more extensive, but he honored his initial bid. I was shocked and incredibly pleased since most contractors always exploit the “surprises”. Even with all the additional work he power washed the roof and cleaned the windows without even being asked. Make sure you call Joel to get a quote if you need any work done on your roof or gutters. Five stars!!“

All the workers were all so polite and worked nonstop. I was out of town at the time so I was provided with not only pictures but drone video updates.
