I had my boyfriend go a MONTH AND A HALF AGO! They said the test results would be ready within 4 days. I have called EVERY DAY and left voicemails and so has my doctor's employees. We are trying to start a family and this is so important for us to get and no one cares at all. I'll be coming in to get my money back since I can't even be bothered to get a call back or my results.

Can't someone on the phone be a little nicer? More professional maybe? We had been trying to make an appointment for quite some time now but every time we called the rep on the phone was so rude... Rosie get a new job .. This job don't suit u at all.... You speaks like a thug and sounded quite intimidating for a fertility office. I have not been to your office yet and I'm already having bad feeling about this. And now that I'm Checking your review i guess I'll be cancelling my appointment. If the customer service on the phone sounded shady chances are they are shady.

This place is a disgrace. I left several messages and tried to get a hold of someone on the line and nobody ever replied. I finally just decided to drive over a few days later and see if this place actually existed and found their office. The office manager who received me seemed nice at first. But similar to another person's review, she didn't even have a calendar or some sort of schedule in front of her when she told me the dates that were available to come in for a test... After asking what I needed she insisted she'd given me all the paperwork and the information required to come in...I even wrote it down so I wouldn't forget. However two weeks went by and I never got any call from my doctor or from them about the results. She had said that I'd be contacted and called in to be told of the results...When I called back to ask her what happened or if we needed something else, she had the nerve to blame me for not having followed through with my doctor, that she'd asked me to fax her some form that she needed and that it was the only test result that she hadn't sent out in the last two weeks because of that... that it was basically my fault. Btw! She never said she needed any form in the first place. I'm not sure who's running this place but they really need to train their personnel to be more professional and also to be a lot more organized making appointments and following through with people that come in here to get medical services.
