OPTUM is a mediocre Medical Group. I prefer the Broadway location in Glendale, but I've only gone there to see specialists or have images taken. The Descanso location is awful. I have been going here for the last 4 years and they have changed my general practitioner 8 times! That's an average of a new doctor every six months. How can you expect a doctor to become familiar with a patient and to truly care about what procedures, specialists or medications that person might need when they're never there long enough for a follow up visit even! I have been here to see my Dermatologist Dr. Ram. From the time I arrive my experience has always been great. From the incredible Lola, who runs the entry show, to all of the supporting staff and the PA, ( I call Dr. Squgee) Just very nice and attentive people.Of Course Dr. Ram in great and very thorough. Ten stars !

optum formerly healthcare partners glendale may of changed their name but they still exudes that exemplary focus on patient care. this even in a mist of a pandemic. of course it goes without saying having dr. azer and the wonderful staff makes this all possible. i may not be pleased with my current health obstacles but i am certainly satisfied with the options provided by the optum staff on improving my health. kudos again to this establishment.
