i needed my furnace fixed because the inducer motor bearings were getting loud and starting to fail. i also wanted a whole house humidifier added to help with the dry air in my place. the part needed for the inducer motor wasn't just the motor, but actually came as a whole upgrade kit for the furnace, which made the job a bit more involved—i had looked into it myself first and confirmed that was the right way to do it. for the humidifier, the install was tricky since there wasn't much space and they had to re-route the pvc ducting to fit everything right, so it was definitely more complex than a typical job. bryson and his coworker handled everything really well. honestly,...read full review
Best Cooling & Heating handled our furnace repair and did a fantastic job. when preston came to give us an estimate, he noticed right away that our return drop was too small and suggested fixing it, which would also make it way easier to change the air filter. i appreciated how carefully he looked at everything and explained what needed to be done. when it was time to do the work, trenton came out and not only took care of the repairs, but also replaced an old furnace plenum at no extra cost. he also checked over the whole furnace and found that the exhaust pipe had come apart at a fitting, which could have let carbon monoxide into our home. he fixed it right away, even...read full review
