Termite Biz is one of my favorite contractors of all time! When Mike first came out to my home to inspect for termites, he was prompt, detailed, and extremely passionate about his work. He was also extremely honest to help me save money in certain areas! When it was confirmed that I had multiple types of termites, he gave me multiple options that fit my budget. The quote from Termite Biz was more than fair (I had gotten 4 quotes), and I booked them to do the work. They also stand by their work with guarantees, which I loved. When the time came, they were prompt and reliable. They efficiently did the work with multiple trained people, and wore booties within my home without me even asking. When they left, they left not a trace, as they fully cleaned up after themselves. If only all contractors could be this clean and reliable! Even the office staff is very nice and professional and efficient. I would wholeheartedly recommend Termite Biz to anyone; they fully deserve the 5 stars rating! I had always feared termites, but no longer, knowing that I can always trust in Termite Biz.

Marvin and his team were super responsive, provided great insights and knowledge, and were super flexible after I had to reschedule fumigation multiple times (working around my home renovation schedule). Also, after shopping around for quotes for fumigation, they had the best and most competitive pricing around the Bay Area. Great service and very honest business. I highly recommend Termite Biz to anyone looking for termite/pest/bedbug treatment!!
