I had a horrible experience. The owner of this place “lulu” was the one who cut my hair and criticized everything. She told me my hair was too long and falling out. She was also criticizing other women there too saying that some women have very ugly hair and she hates working with their hair. She is not professional. I have never had problems with my hair. I love how full and long it is! Will never be going back there again. That was my first and last time! Also very pricey for poor service! Not worth it!

I went to get my hair a light brown color and showed a very specific picture of what I wanted. The style came out BRIGHT orange; VERY different than the original picture. They refused to fix the hair and charged me $300 for this horrible outcome. I will never go back and recommend avoiding them for hair color. Even worse, someone else in there had her hair completely off and was refusing to leave before getting it fixed. Seems they mess up hair color for a living. Horrible experience!!
