I had set up a tankless water heater replacement installation with another company (not Bigg Tree), not realizing that they contracted out their work. Adam accepted the contracted work and came out to my residence to do the installation today (4/6). I had sent the third party the name of the current existing tankless water heater as well as measurements of the small closet that houses the water heater, and they gave me a price quote with a recommendation of a different brand of tankless water heater...read full review
Adam and his son are awesome. Def went the extra step. He fixed the clock quickly and easily and even showed me what was going on. Also fixed the drain that was leaking in my vanity. 10/10 would recommend his services. This is a family business done right!
Just had Adam and his crew come and do some repairs. These guys were prepared, had everything they needed, and did a fantastic job repairing leaks and replacing pipes. Very professional, explained everything that was going on.
