“Cesar at Oasis was recommended to me and I’ll admit it took a minute to believe I was leaving the many luxurious salons I had patronized over the years for a storefront in Gardena where English is the second language. HOWEVER I cannot express how happy I am to have abandoned those stereotypes! The warmth and service far exceeds any fancy spa I could find, and Cesar’s “feel” for his career is amazing. He listened to my ideas, shared his thoughts spent a great deal of time with me. I went to a darling short cut that’s easy to manage and looks great. The best part , however, is that he somehow made my color … which usually faded or turned brassy within a week…look as perfect over a month later as it did the day I left his chair. He even suggested some ideas to take it up another notch and I will absolutely take him up on it. Prices are beyond reasonable and the place is just pure happiness!“
