I came in needing a color correction after a DIY color situation that left my hair uneven with lighter roots, warm tones, and darker sections. I was honestly nervous and wasn’t sure if my hair could be fixed without losing a lot of length.

Patrick took the time to look at videos and pictures of my hair beforehand, listened to exactly what I wanted, and was realistic about the process. His confidence immediately put me at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the health of my hair throughout the appointment.

Not only did he transform my color into a beautiful copper-caramel tone that I absolutely love, but he also preserved my length and left my hair looking healthy, shiny, and full of movement. The result looks intentional, dimensional, and far beyond what I thought was possible when I walked in.

What impressed me most was that he knew when to stop and prioritize the integrity of my hair instead of overprocessing it. That level of expertise is hard to find.
