“I went to Rachelle for Lip Blush services and how she shaped my lips and enhanced them to remain natural yet fuller and brighter really proves how talented she is at her craft as a make up artist and cosmetic tattooer. She was also extremely thorough with pre- and aftercare details allowing me to prepare my lips and expectations well for my appointment and I believe my healing week was super easy as a result. I did not experience any major swelling beyond the first 24 hours, nor did I have any dryness, discomfort or peeling for the rest of the week following her instructions. The process of having lips tattooed was definitely tough and there was a notable amount of pain, but she was communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process and kept me comfortable the whole time. Highly, highly recommend!“

“Rena and her team were so amazing on our wedding day, and she is a true artist when it comes to hair and makeup!! We used Bright Crystal for our wedding day on 10/21/23 at Neighborhood Church and La Venta. We were all staying at Terranea, which Rena has a lot of experience doing for weddings and her and her team have their system down pat! Rena also actually did the hair and makeup for my older sisters wedding and we all loved our hair and makeup so much that I wanted her back for my wedding ? The HUA artists for BCM arrived early (at 6:45 AM) and kept us on schedule all morning, as well as executed all of the looks that all my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law and grandmas wanted to perfection - they also were great to be around the morning of and so professional. They were happy to do tweaks for the bridesmaids who just wanted to implement a few changes, as well as did touch ups before everyone before the wedding. Everyone raved about their hair and my grandmas felt so beautiful Rena also made me look exactly how I’ve wanted to as a bride on my wedding day…natural, beautiful, modern, radiant, and like myself. I wouldn’t recommend any other HUA vendor for your wedding!! She’s especially amazing with Asian hair and makeup because I feel like some HUA artists struggle with Asian skin tone and hair, so it felt really great to have someone I was confident understood the look I was going for and is so talented ? BOARDING EXPERIENCE: Quick, concise, no technical mumbo-jumbo. For example, this is how it went last time:Me: I do not care how long. Just enough for a 2-second updo. I do not want hair falling on my face.Ms. Vazquez: Okay.And this is how it went today:Me: I am growing my grey hair out. I need something that will reduce dramatic contrast and soften the skunk look.Ms. Vazquez: Got it.That was it. Ms. Vazquez got to work. I had a few concerns which I did not discuss (see below). I did not need to. She assessed, advised without so many words, and got everything done. And I am super-delighted by the result.CONCERNS I DID NOT DISCUSS TODAY in case you have the same concerns as I did:- I've been dyeing my hair for three decades. I do not have the healthiest hair in the world.- I've been dyeing with the coloring agents that specialize in grey hair coverage. My dark color tend to stay very long, and they are hard to bleach.- My hair is indeed grey. Very silvery (See the before-photo). I was hoping that the new colour would blend with the shiny root. - My goal is to stop dyeing hair altogether. The change today is a bridge, which will allow me to go au naturale. - My biggest concern: I have frizzy, stubborn senior hair, and was worried that my hair might not survive the treatments today. FACILITY AND AMBIENCE: the place is spacious, and both patrons and staff respected social distancing and face-covering policy. I could see that the place is meticulously cleaned and sanitized. I was very impressed. (For future readers' information, this is the year we are enduring pandemic disease, COVID-19.)SERVICE: The gracious staff took turns to make sure their clients are comfortable. The small talk was friendly, positive, and professional.CONSULTANT/STYLIST: Ms. Vazquez's hands are confident and swift yet gentle. She was thoughtful to provide a quick massage to relieve the stress my neck may have endured during the treatment. She was detail-oriented like that. She does not seem to miss anything. She knows what she's doing.OVERALL EXPERIENCE: In every aspect, I highly recommend Ms. Vazquez. If you do not know what you want, she will be able to assist you. If you know what you want, she will make the best out of your requests.“

“Visiting LA and went to a hair salon which would not normally be the type of location I’d find myself in. The professional did an amazing job coloring, and highlighting my hair. However the 250.00 bill was a bit shocking for Inglewood.. I think my hair would have been cheaper in Santa Monica as originally planned. But while a bit pricey, it was worth it.“
