I actually ran into Carol at a Starbucks and found out she worked with bigger, and older, dogs! She was great with our gal. Her first appointment took about 3 hours but our gal looked so much better when she was done. After the first appointment, we scheduled a follow up appointment. Again, Carol was great. Being able to have her come to the house makes it so easy on our gal as we don't have to try to get her into the car. Both appointments have worked out great for us. Carol has been patient with our gal and also keeps us posted on time as the appointment goes on. She has become our regular groomer.“
