I take my dog here as often as needed. No issues at all and the lady does a nice job according to your preference. She usually takes around 40-50 mins to bathe and do everything else for the dog. Good prices too. I like to call in advance to ask the approximate wait time so if there's too many clients at that time, I can come back later so my dog doesn't have to wait too long.
The lady was very kind and available at any time during work hours. I recommend her, although I think the dog dryer is very noisy. I don't know if it's normal, but it must be traumatic for pets.
the lady is super nice, family business. Charges $50 to groom my mini schnauzer well worth it, she has a way with dogs. My puppy could not get groomed any place else becuase she was either too scared or moved a lot they would call me and turn her down. They do a great job!
