They were so kind and compassionate and while I was incredibly embarrassed, they didn’t even bat an eye - like it was normal (and I assure you my dog definitely does not act normal). Veronica, our tech, was absolutely amazing — Rusty adored her, and seeing him so comfortable meant everything to me.
