“I am writing to share feedback regarding my first visit to your clinic today. Overall, I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10, though there were significant differences in the service I received.
My experience began poorly with the front desk. Christina, who handled my check-in, was not welcoming. She did not make eye contact when checking me as a new patient and her demeanor felt rude, which made me second-guess my decision to choose this facility as my primary clinic.
However, the clinical experience was excellent. My medical assistant, Bianca, was very pleasant and professional. She clearly explained the vitals she was taking and maintained a friendly, attentive attitude. Later, she followed up efficiently with my vaccinations before I departed.
I was also very impressed with Dr. Sandra. She was welcoming and made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as a new patient. She provided a thorough consultation, offered helpful treatment recommendations, explained my prescriptions clearly, and advised me on available vaccines.
Finally, Cathy handled my discharge. She was very polite and provided all the necessary information regarding my next appointment and who to contact for follow-up questions.
I appreciate the high quality of care provided by Bianca, Dr. Sandra, and Cathy, and I hope this feedback is helpful for your front desk team.
