***Reported Grievance for Surprise Billing Practices*** And the most horrible customer service and lack of patient care.

Let me preface that I have over a decade of experience working for health insurance and my family WAS seeing Dr Marasigan and NP Ross for years before I decided to leave this office and their agredgiuous billing practice and lack of patient care.

Yesterday I went in for my annual checkup and booked appointments for my daughter and me. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, and wouldn't allow my daughter to be seen. I was told that I owed $50 from two visits she had 5 months...read full review

Poor customer serviceI made a mistake with the appointment confirmation text by hitting #2 to cancel, I gave the office a call to tell them my mistake and they verified that I was ok to still come in. Unfortunately, my appointment time comes and I arrived at the office where the staff at the desk said it was canceled and given to someone else. I know I made the mistake of hitting the wrong button but hard to believe this has not happen to other patients before where the staff could have properly verified that the appointment was canceled or not.

Dr Richelle Marasigan was very nice, she is sharp and smart. My left ear was blocked with wax, her assistant Yusmeri put some liquid, let it set for 10 minutes, she came back and cleaned it up with hardly any pain. My ears are clean and now I can hear ?Thank you so much!
