Patients praise the medical professionals for their attentiveness, empathy, and thorough care. The facility is described as clean, with a nice clean lobby and ample parking spaces. The bathrooms are also noted for being clean. While some medical assistants may not always be very nice, one patient highlighted the excellent customer service skills of Ms. Rupa, a Medical Assistant, who connects well with patients. One patient appreciated the time and care provided by a Physician Assistant, noting their professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness in addressing their daughter's medical needs. Although there may be longer wait times at times, the center is recognized for providing good care, and patience is encouraged.

We have a priority visit system where we’ll reserve your place in line, allowing you and your family to wait more comfortably at home – or wherever is convenient – until your estimated visit time. You can reserve your spot in line every 20 minutes on the hour, one hour after we open and two hours before we close. Additionally, we have a call back system where we notify you about wait times, availability or newly opened arrival/visit times. Please note that arrival/visit times are estimates only. No more lines. No more hours spent in a waiting room. Because your health and your time matter.
