Marcos was very professional. However my sink still doesn't drain fully. This may be because of pipes but won't know until they use cameras tomorrow. I dont think I should be charged for something that didnt resolve the issue. Again Marcos was great and professional.
The young man who came out was very professional and hardworking. He cleared the pipe efficiently and took the time to explain what he was doing. The $520 service also included a complimentary video inspection of the drain line, which I truly appreciated since I have been dealing with ongoing issues. The camera will help me better understand what is happening with the line and what steps may be needed moving forward. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend them based on my experience.
Even though the drain wasn't able to ne cleared the clogged drain with the tools he had on hand, he was able to set a plan in motion to facilitate the repairs with his supervisor. Marcos was very polite and friendly.
