Professionally courteous, friendly person to work with attention to detail. He goes through issue and explain to five-year-old kid to understand. Once work is done, he was double checking his own work to make sure everything is in working order

Our Technician J.R. did an excellent job at our home. He was very informative, knowledgeable and explained everything that he did so it was well understood. He was polite and courteous and wore the booties around his shoes upon entering our home. I would highly recommend your company if all your Technicians are just like him.
