“My house had a leak from outside of the main pipeline and backyard pipeline, which is a headache because the main pipeline is under the concrete, it would require to open the concrete to fix the existing pipeline which would cost a fortune. 4 plumbers came for an inspection and estimate, Nick is the only one who is professional to do full site inspection to check the leaks and can answer all my questions. In addition, he also provided a solution that doesn't require to open the concrete, which is to install a new pipe under the garden. Their quote is also at a reasonable price. On top of that, due to City inspector's requirement, they've also came 3-4 times for the repair in order to meet City's requirements. Most importantly, they always come and fix the problem promptly. “We had a great experience with this company. I was having issues with my tankless water heater not producing hot water. We initially had another company come out that was on the list from the manufacturer. I felt very uneasy about the technician being on the phone with the manufacturer the whole time. I wasn't pleased with that because it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He came out the next day and was again on the phone being dictated step by step. We decided to call another local company and I'm so glad we did. I called for a quote and I'm almost positive I spoke with the owner. He was able to give me a price of installing about 3 parts. Most plumbing companies would not disclose that information. We felt very confident that he seemed to know what to do without being told step by step by the manufacturer on what to do. He was very fast and very upfront and honest about pricing! He also knew exactly what to do without having to call the manufacturer one time! He even went out of his way to go back to his office 2x in the same day to get parts because he didn't want us to go another day without water. This was about 6-7pm in the evening. I could tell he cared about my family and I! If I ever have any plumbing related issues I know who to call every time!“

“I have used Purdy Plumbing several times over the years for different jobs. They are great, especially if it is an emergency. We had an emergency with our hot water heater and they rescued us! They have also done simple jobs, like installing a disposal. Ryan recently came and fixed whatever was making our dishes stink after going through the dishwasher. He inspected everything and scrubbed even small pieces clean! He stayed long after his shift was over! And cleaned up afterwards. As with the other reviews, I agree, Nicole is amazing! I did have the same experience some folks had where my phone call wasn't returned immediately- but this happened only once. I cared enough to find out what happened. Poor Nicole took a day off and her replacement bailed! The woman deserves a day off! Mistakes happen. This is a good HONEST company! They do excellent work, their prices are fair, and care about their customers. They are a small operation and they have never tried to upsell me- which all of the big companies do. Highly recommend!“
