Had another company come and check out my tankless water heater and they quoted 6 grand to get a new one installed. Thankfully, I called Sparky's for a second a opinion because it was less than 300 and my problem was fixed! The technician was on time and polite. I would absolutely use them again!
We had a leaking hot water line. A friend of mine recommended this company so, I gave them a call and spoke to Kathy and scheduled a time and day. They sent Richard out in a few days and found the exact location of the leak. ( which was in the slab) They scheduled me for a Friday morning repair. He showed up a little before the schedule time. Was notified by their office he was in route. Can not say enough about Richard!!! Let's just say he was great. His advise was spot on doing a reroute of the leaking water line. Minimal disruption! We are back to living normal again. Thanks to Richard and pipeline for taking care of our issue.
Richard went above and beyond to resolve my AC problem. The problem took two trips since the initial issue was caused by a deeper problem in the wiring going to the AC unit. He made sure it was resolved because a heat wave was coming the same week. Great service!
