Honestly, this experience was one of the best therapeutic exercises I’ve ever done.
1. It’s therapy- but in the true way of releasing those pent up emotions.
2. There is no age limit.
3. There’s no specific time limit to your session (from the moment you walk in until you walk out). She goes with the flow of your vibe.
