Needed a new water heater badly, as ours was circa 1996 and had hit the skids! Went to the Big Box stores (HD, & L’s) and was floored by the prices of the unit. Good brands, 40 gallon, warranties of from 3 to 9 years, priced from 700 to 900 bucks. What was most staggering was the cost to deliver and install - $2100 to $2500 (Inc cost of unit)! Called one of our favorite independent stores (Ventura) and was referred to Angelica at Super Air.
