I was a patient at Pacific Gardens in the short term area from April 5 - May 9. There are some amazing CNA's, LVN's and therapy people there, who care about those they serve. First I'd like to point out Neetu as my CNA. You know she loves what she does by her kindness towards the patients and her compassion when she has to do the care that icould be an embarrassing situation such as showers, changing clothes and other situations that you may need help with. Others who carried for me with similar compassion are Sindy CNA, John LVN, and Sam Theropy,. Thank you medical staff for your daily examples of what care should be.

I would like to thank the entire Pacific Gardens team for their hospitality and support for getting me back on my feet and returning home safely. Big shoutout to my CNA Karin and my LVN John. I would also like to thank Bryce my physical therapist and Patty my Occupational Therapist. The nursing facility was clean and well maintained by house keeper Minerva, thank you Nancy for everything your facility will always be remembered and recommended.

All the staff was very nice and very helpful l, I'm going to miss you all. It's the first time I don't want to leave a place.
