Total Care Medical Group provides excellent care with a staff that follows through with treatment. With scheduled appointments, patients can expect a smooth experience. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are friendly and caring. However, some patients have experienced delays with paperwork, which can be frustrating.
Been going here for WC claims for at least a decade. The staff are always very nice and helpful in all areas of the office.
I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff! The doctors and nurses are extremely polite, handle everything , & have you leaving in a good mood!
