Then when I’m called back, I sit in the room, waiting for doc, for over an hour before she sees me- which was their saving grace. Dr. Young was attentive and astute. I’m just sad for the administrative side of things- would have gotten 5 stars, if they could get their ish together.“

“I've been here once years ago when I saw Dr. Andrea Liu. I had a great experience then. Fast forward to yesterday. I brought my toddler here for an appointment via pediatric referral. Her pediatrician said there's not a lot of pediatric ophthalmologist so it might take a while for someone to call me to set an appointment. Surprisingly only waited 4 days and I received a call from scheduling. The lady who helped me was kind initially she said the earliest appointment was alittle over a month but thankfully she found us an earlier date. I received text and email reminders a few days closer to her appointment. The day of her appt we arrived 15 mins early. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Filled up a new pt worksheet. Then we were shortly called to the back. My daughter ran to the examination chair and independently sat herself waiting patiently. Dr. Salahuddin came in with a mask but his eyes smiled which was quite infectious. He was very welcoming and gave her a high-five. My daughter enjoys going to doctors appointments and gets very excited and compliant but she's not comfortable with any male clinicians. She gets this worried look in her face and becomes the total opposite of how she would normally act around female counterpart. So I was glad he was trying to make her feel comfortable. She allowed him to examine her eyes. He was professional, knowledgeable and he took his time explaining the condition we were referred by in layman's term. It was a quick in and out appointment. We had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, Dr. Salahuddin was amazing and the office was clean.“
