I have enjoyed working with Dr Charters for more than a couple decades. He is personable, thorough and takes the time to address any questions or concerns you may have, in an easy to understand manner, without being condescending, like others in the medical field. I will continue to see him, until he retires, because, over the years, he has consistently shown that he truly enjoys the field of optometry.

I had the best experience at this office! After several horrible virtual eye appointments in the past, nothing compares to having an actual doctor perform a thorough exam. Dr. Charters/Serrins is amazing at what he does and took the time to explain everything in such an informative and easy-to-understand way. The entire staff was also absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’m so glad I found this place and highly recommend them!
Dr. Charters has been my optometrist for over 20 years. He’s the only one that gets my eyes right . My eyes are screwy ! I have always appreciated the care he gives me with the various vision tests. He discusses everything thoroughly with me. I am never rushed. His office is just the right size. It’s not one of these great big mega vision centers. It is always a nice quiet atmosphere and his staff is also great. My vision for the last several years has not changed so I had not been in. However, I just had an exam , everything was good and I got a really nice pair of glasses for a decent price.
