I had a good experience with my appointment at EYE-Q - Fresno. Minimal wait time, used the kiosk to check in, friendly staff. The specialist I saw and the accompanying staff person were professional, good with communicating and listening, and were clear with the recommended next steps. Appreciate them.

Long wait and they told me to always expect at least an hour to an hour and a half wait anytime I come. I feel this is rude and unacceptable. I was actually impressed the first four times I came here that they got me in and out in such a timely manner that I bragged about it. However after being told this and having to ask to reschedule or be seen quickly because I had other appointments for the day. They did get me in however, I was late to my next appointment. For me personally, I feel this is rude to schedule an appointment for somebody ask them to come at 3:10. My appointment with the actual doctor was at 3:25 (according to the check-in screen). Dr. Shute is a great professional who cares about his patients. I am very happy with the follow up he has gave me on my regular checks.The wait time from the moment of my appointment to the moment I was called for the eye tests was less than 5 minutes.
