I had such a great experience with Jay my technician! He explained everything that needed to be done so I could fully understand what my problem was.He was so professional and polite!I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I had to have the old original clay sewage drain replaced from the house to the street. Keith and his crew did a great job, with new technology that doesn't require major digging and possible concrete sidewalk damage. The only hold-up was getting city officer at house to review job for permit, which was by no means a poor reflection on Elite. They did timely work and were very professional with their communication and service. The price was very reasonable, and comes with a transferable 25-yr guarantee. I highly recommend them. Diane A.
