I don't know what some of these people are complaining about. I have been seeing Dr. Kim for 10 years now and have nothing but the deepest respect for her and total confidence in the work she does. I have had both endoscopies and colonoscopies and each time she comes to you afterwards and tells you the results and answers all questions. She is matter of fact in her speaking and will spend time explaining all aspects of your condition. I have a friend who travels from Alaska for procedures with her because she is such an excellent doctor. You have the option to communicate online through "My Chart" which I find beneficial. I highly recommend her!
