Dr. Eisa is amazing!! He really listens to you and tries to figure things out without being dismissive of your concerns! I just had my first appointment, was not rushed by Eisa, and he took detailed notes for his reference on trying to help me. I can't say enough good things about him and his genuine care for his patients. Only 4 stars because a couple of the office staff members could use an attitude check. I will continue going for Eisa, and Eisa only!
When I'm at the appointment things seem to be good. However, when staff leave the practice, they do not inform their patients that this has happened. By chance, I found out that my associate had left and that my 6-month appointment has now turned into a 7-month appointment. First person I spoke to was not very helpful, but Renee was able to be professional and helpful at the same time. She is a definite asset to this office.
My first visit today and I was a little nervous with all the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! Front desk lady was really sweet and nice, the male nurse who took me back was really kind and sweet. And Dr.Flowe was just lovely! She was wonderful and looking forward to having her as my doctor. Thank you.
