The person on the phone was very nice. But when I went to pick up my order the man that came out was rude. I asked him if I just had the walker and he said I dont know that's not my department I just bring out whatever the paperwork says. I said well does the paperwork say anything else. He said I don't know. He seem very irritated and walked away.
Great service. I knew exactly what the charges would be, they asked questions to determine what I wanted & needed, and they processed the order and got the product delivered ahead of schedule!
Until I needed medical equipment for sleep apnea, I had never heard of this company. My insurance placed the medical equipment order with Apria Health and within 1 week I received the equipment. Fast and efficient. The set up for the equipment was fairly straightforward too. Looking forward to being able to breathe better at night!
