James Jeff was timely and very explanatory regarding the roof repair. He showed me pictures of the affected area and described in verbal and written form what was to take place to repair the tile roof. While repair was in progress pictures were taken and texted to me to demonstrate the quality of the work being accomplished. Took an extra week to obtain the needed replacement tiles but job was completed and looks good. Worked well with my tenants during repair. Highly recommend.
James Jeff responded promptly to my roof repair inquiry. His team arrived the following morning to assess the situation. We scheduled to move forward with the necessary repairs the following day. The crew was on time, efficient and completed the work in one day.
