I cannot recommend Jonathan and HighTech roofing enough! We needed to purchase a new AC unit last year, but with our first rain our tile roof started to leak. At luck would have it the entire pan needed to be replaced and re-plumed under the AC unit on our 40+ old condo. This requires taking the unit off with a crane doing the repair, and putting it back on. Jonathan and his team came out and gave us a quote, showed up when they said they would, and even returned early on a Saturday morning to do a last-minute tweak.
