ALF Plumbing is a full service plumbing company with services that are out of this world throughout the San Joaquin Valley. The plumbers are knowledgeable, respectful, honest and focus on stellar service. Gabriel quickly assessed and thoroughly explained the issue, and then professionally did the repair. He was very kind and friendly with an impressive personality. Fixed a water heater same day. Gabriel was polite, patient, and informative. Enrique showed what was wrong and took out the obstruction. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Enrique did great work getting a hot water circulation system up and running. The price for labor, parts, travel time was very reasonable. Enrique was a hero on a last minute emergency call, kind and informative.
I live in an RV fifth wheel camper trailer because I’m a truck driver and I’m gone all the time in the sink in my kitchen stopped working and started leaking. I searched around and ALF Plumbing was the first to call back very quickly and they were very friendly and I felt that they really wanted to help me. Especially being on a Sunday when I called. One of their employees Gabriel showed up a short time later and he was very respectful and super friendly. He even went to Lowe’s after he was done to take a picture and show me the specific part that I would need. In a day where customer service is a rarity this place is outstanding. Enrique was in and out. Showed me what was wrong, took out the obstruction, showed me how to do some troubleshooting if something similar happens again. Entire thing took less less than 15 minutes.
Our service tech was Enrique. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Once he obtained all the needed parts he did great work in getting our hot water circulation system up and running. The price for labor, parts, travel time was very reasonable. He also took the time to give us a heads up on what is involved in replacing our 20-year old hot water heater, when that time comes.
