I notice there were 2 reviews that we're at opposite extremes but no one commented. Let me provide a little insight. This company has people who know what they're doing. They are extremely knowledgeable to a depth that most engineers never have. Most consultants will do basic configurations and then call the vendor for more in-depth tech support. Kis has engineers that know what to do in very, very complex situations. When my email system did not have an adequate backup they recovered it when the hypervisor would not boot after a local transformer from the power utility blew up and my data center lost power. When we needed to install a multi server backup system they took care of it from start to finish. When we had Directory issues that were complicated they were able to come in and solve the synchronization issues when multiple types of servers were involved (linux, netware, windows) as technology has changed over the years they have kept up with it. They deserve 5-stars.
