Oscar is an excellent technician who came out and performed a diagnostic. During the diagnostic, he immediately identified that the rollers needed to be replaced. My Dryer is 6 years old, and Oscar said that on any Dryer, the set of rollers should be replaced about every 6–7 years. I agreed, and he replaced all the front and rear rollers.
