Eric is very responsive, always helps us find what we need, and sometimes able to offer us a discount. We have had a good experience with the refurbished equipment we have purchased. In those rare instances where something did not work as expected Eric has responded right away and quickly shipped a replacement to us. Worked with Josh to get an older part for my late father’s PC. I was having a really hard time finding it and was very distraught thinking I had lost all the wonderful memories of my dad on it.
