This is the worst website I've ever used. I've tried to book an appointment more than 10 times and haven't been able to get one. I don't understand the point of this booking website.

The staff is friendly, understanding, and kind, with appointments usually scheduled within a week. The TransVision group is comprised of passionate and compassionate individuals. BACH also offers dental services, with Dr. Chang providing fantastic care. While scheduling can be a challenge, the organization's dedication to patient care is evident.

Absolutely horrible experience with Bay Area Community Health. I was diagnosed with a fractured foot, yet it took 2 weeks just to get crutches, and I still never received the boot they told me had been ordered. I went almost an entire month waiting while my condition and pain got worse.
Eventually, I had to go to the ER at Washington Hospital because the pain was getting worse, and they were able to provide me with a boot on the spot. Meanwhile, Bay Area Community Health couldn’t get me one after nearly a month.
