The scheduling lady over the phone for the dentistry was super rude and had zero customer service. She was Speaking with undesired attitude; she even failed to schedule appoinments for me and hunged up the phone!. Really annoying! Bay Area Community Health Clinic itself is a great place for its services. The management needs its personnel trained how to respect and interact with patients. Some unhappy employees unfortunately can have a real negative impact on its organization!

I am writing this comment to the management of this location for dental care.I’ve been coming 3 times to get my dental work done. Each time I’ve been disappointed with the front desk staff. Very disorganized, rude and unprofessional each time I came. I gave the benefit of doubt and been understanding with couple of them, but every time it happened and I noticed them being rude mostly to all the patients. They’re on the phone when people are waiting on line and using their own cell phones, besides they messed up my appointment time or when I needed to book for my future appointments. I probably won’t go back and find another place.

I have specialty health care needs that BACH does an amazing job in meeting. Their staff is super understanding and kind. I get appointments within a reasonable amount of time, usually within one week. Their TransVision group is made of such passionate, kind hearted people.
