“So happy to have found Annie's tailoring. She did an excellent job shortening the sleeves of my linen coat. The coat looks like it was made for me and not altered. So I went back to ask her to shorten my new trousers, and then to sew back the handle on my suede bag. All was done perfectly. For the bag, she unstitched the lining to work from inside the bag, so that the finished product looks good as new.
She's open on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday until 4 pm. Her door is at the back of the Cobblery on Cal Ave so easy to get to but you have to know it's there!“

I had originally taken it to the chain Elegance Preserved, which called my dress "challenging" due to the dirt at the bottom of the hem, and charged me over $100 more than Rose Cleaners charged me. When I took it to Rose Cleaners, they immediately said that it was no problem, charged me their standard wedding dress cleaning rate, and returned it to me a week later with amazing results! “Excellent customer service. They were really short-staffed the week I tried them and they took my sweater as a custom rush order so I could pick up prior to leaving town. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I pick ed up my sweater which was handed to me folded in a protective and breathable pouch. I've never received such care for a sweater. Kudos to Crystal Cleaning. They were also very polite and friendly at drop off and pick up. Wish I lived nearby, as I'd come a lot more often .“

“I've been going to Laurel Cleaners for a few years, mostly for tailoring but also dry cleaning on occasion. They always do a wonderful job, especially on original hem for jeans. Today, though, I became a customer for life! The zipper on my daughter's Halloween costume broke while trying it on at 4pm on October 30. I panicked, and rushed it over to this shop. She took a look and told me she could fix the zipper before noon the next day! After being in panic mode, the service and accommodation was priceless for this mama... and she still only charged me $10 for the emergency fix. I can't say enough about how happy I am I knew to bring it here!! They are amazing.“

He always remembers my name and exactly what I brought in - he even remembered randomly that I didn't pick up a white shirt in over a month. It was there because he offered to try to clean it again after a hard stain wouldn't come out in the first go. Pricing is reasonable and I feel like the cleaning and service is a lot better than my last place. Parking is easy right next to the door and it feels safe and clean.“
