We lost our internet and phones on a busy Monday at small primary care office. Nobody could work. Comcast was not helpful. My previous IT person retired and I didn’t know what to do. I started cold calling IT places and no one answered or returned my messages (ever actually).Then I reached SYS and spoke with a human who started to trouble shoot with me. I really wanted someone to come on site but he assured me we could figure it out. A couple things here, a couple checks there and he knew what the problem was, a piece of failed hardware. Ok, so I spent 8 hrs on a report that must be submitted by Midnight and it's now 8:45 PM. The report is late according to my boss and honestly If I did not complete by Midnight my job was on the line.I was working in Word and had many windows open.
