I was disgusted with how dirty they must of been so now I see what they looked like new. “HM Flooring is very reasonably priced and they do great work. I love that they have so many options and are very upfront about pricing and quality. I have been here twice in the last few years and they have taken care of me. I did not have a great budget my first time here and they were honest about the carpet in my price range and made recommendations based on my budget at the time. A few years done the line I'm replacing the carpet I originally purchased with a better budget lol and I'm super happy with the overall results. The timeline was as promised and the installation was seamless. The installer was very friendly, professional and clean and did a fantastic job. They get busy at times in the office but Vanessa is awesome!!! She follows up with you if needed and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want.
