He, and his trusting sidekick Eric, polished all the granite in the house (kitchen, hall, bathrooms) and fixed the grout in my shower. “I first used glow masters in 2018 they did my whole house. The workers were efficient done in a timely manner and very pleasant going above and beyond. Some stores had great flooring, but they would outsource their installation. Not here, Expert has their own installation crews. The selection of flooring in this store is plentiful. Many choices and price points. Prices are very comparable and fair. Henry, Johnny, Luvia and Robert are some of the nicest people I've met. All provided wonderful professional customer service. Robert and his crew of installers were the best. Everyday that they were at my residence, they were polite, professional and cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving. “Where do I even begin! We've been in our house for 20 years and I never wanted to replace the carpets or the flooring because I found it would be an overwhelming process. I'd rather have moved! My husband and I went into compare carpet and met Mike. He asked us key questions and we decided right there on site what we loved because with his help he was able to ask us key questions that would narrow down all the choices that we had for laminate versus vinyl, and then we wanted carpeting in bedroom so we had to also make choices based upon all kinds of criteria. Mike, again was able to ask us all the right questions in order to determine what type of carpeting would suit our needs. Then came the floor installers for the laminate. Mike worked with our schedule along with a major hiccup and I so appreciated his flexibility! The crew that did the laminate and the two gentlemen that did the carpet install were absolutely amazing! They were so professional, courteous, and so respectful of our home. Each day they cleaned up and they were right on time and finish the job within the time frame promised. I could go on and on but honestly you won't go wrong getting your flooring from Compare Carpet!! 5+***!!!“
