My technician was a guy named Jaspreet. Before his arrival, he texted me that he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He performed a free annual inspection on my HVAC unit that they installed a year ago. He was very thorough and I am glad that I decided to go with this company. I highly recommend them. A happy customer.
The office representative was incredibly patient and helpful. She found an opening where I could get a service call the same morning! The technician, Jaspreet, was nothing short of top-notch. Knowledgeable, professional, and super fast! Atticman is now my go-to for HVAC.
Our AC was struggling to keep up and we had a tech come within 24 hours. Dillon conducted a thorough inspection and report and gave us plenty of options to fix or replace the system. Extremely kind and knowledable, just a great experience. Highly recommend.
