Golden Aire replaced our broken ac and furnace unit last year. I got over 5 different quotes and 5 various recommendations so I was very confused in the end. I chose the Goldens because Eddie came over and spent over an hour actually assessing my system to make sure his recommendation was fitting for my home. I’ve been a customer for years. The last two times I’ve needed service Daniel has come out to help me. He is a very nice young man. He seems very knowledgeable. He doesn’t start with the most expensive thing right off the bat. He starts with the most obvious and goes from there.
Golden Aire , technician Daniel came out to look at my air conditioning unit on the same day as I called in the request.
Daniel was no nonsense, and honest. He asked a few questions and immediately provided potential problems. He opened up the panel and took a look.
We had just had two other big name companies look at the same problem and gave estimates from $5,000 (minimum) to $30,000, because of the age of our unit and it had a leak.
