Installed new Trane Heat Pump November of 2020, Put in a lot of extra time also correcting a collapsed duct issue for no charge at that time. Very professional and friendly!
Now, Called on previous evening. Contacted early evening of June 28, after we had been on vacation for 3 weeks to learn air conditioner had not been working. Said they would be out early the next morning (Saturday) and THEY WERE!!! Diagnosed problem with 'capacitor' very quickly and replaced it, under warranty still. Tested whole system both the electronics as well as coolant pressures (normal). Washed coils! Charged $90. Greatly appreciated and would highly recommend.
We really appreciate Josh was able to get our 35 year old AC unit repaired and running again. He was very patient explaining the issues and offered details of several options for a long term replacement. Josh is professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service.
