Our pool pump wasn't working properly. I left a message with Next Level Pool Service and received an immediate response from James the same day. He was able to assist in replacing our pump and get our pool ready for our 4th of July party we were having a few days later. I am so fortunate to have selected Next Level Pool Service, James was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and the price for repair was reasonable. I have already recommended him to a neighbor.
I started using Next Level for vacation maintenance and James did a great job. Charges $50 plus chemicals. Kept an eye on everything else as well. Pool looked all sparkly when we got home. Easy to communicate over the phone and/ or text. Sent pictures to show anything that I needed to see. I will continue to use.
Great company to work with had an issue with my above ground pool and they were fast to respond and although parts were not available they were able to source them and get my pool up and running for all the kids.
