Originally the salon was booked until late afternoon (we arrived in town that morning), however their customer service was top notch, as they called me back when there was a cancellation! Our techs were professional, kind and very skilled. It is a smaller location with gorgeous atmosphere and aesthetic, while still feeling very “like home”. When I did get into the chair, I was asked how I like my haircut, what style I wanted and what length. After cutting, I was shown the length and I asked for it to be slightly shorter.
