The owner (Che) is both an amazing person and also an amazing owner/operator!!!! He was fast and through no corners cut at all!!! Family owned and operated with him and his son. Came out on a Sunday all the way from Fairfield to the San Mateo.... on a Sunday at that. 100 out 10 I would both call on him and recommend him to clean any and floors in my house everytime!!!!!
I don’t normally write reviews, but If I could rate Cha ‘Ron 100/10 I would. My roommates and I are having some issues with our new current landlord and Cha ‘Ron has been the most compassionate and genuine ally we could EVER ask for! I was hesitant at first because our landlord was the person who hired him to come and inspect our carpet (I suspected there was a build up of pet urine throughout.) Cha ‘Ron could have easily done a cleaning and carried on with his day, instead, he diagnosed the issue as severe and suggested to the landlord that the carpets and pads (as well as the tack strips and baseboards) be replaced. Mr. Fresh is one of those rare business owners who TRULY PUT PEOPLES BEST INTEREST FIRST -even if it means less profit for himself. Not only did he diagnose the severity of the issue, but he has gone above and beyond in terms of helping us sort through this mess. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable, helpful, and reliable. He has our full respect, thank you SO much Cha ‘Ron!
