Unbelievably talented people. I made arrangements for my sister (17) to have a massage on her birthday morning. Being so young she prefers to be by my side during massages rather than in a room of her own with a stranger. Rachael was excellent and so accommodating. They put us both side by side in the main room and it worked out very well. My sister was happy and confident to play her match later that day and I had one of the best massages I've had in a good long while by Sarah. Excellent consistent pressure and highly astute when it came to reading my body language. I met Rachael as a yoga instructor at Body Kinetics. She is physically strong and soft spoken. She is a wonderful instructor. She manages a 10 Day Ayurveda Cleanse Program. I joined with 10 other participants. She is a great leader and listener. She is very knowledgeable about food and the body. I loved the program. I was not hungry and felt lighter and more energized. At the end of the program I felt more in tune with the food I was eating. I started planning my day as it relates to shopping and preparing the food.
